THE NETWORK
From its inception, the Netelligent Network was designed for efficient scaling. As the number of latency-sensitive applications and bandwidth hungry services multiplied, our engineers guided the infrastructure's evolution to preserve the high quality network. Being directly linked by BGP4 to several providers, we ensure route diversity and maximum network availability simply by conencting you to the best available uplink.

If any one of our providers fail, all our traffic is automatically rerouted through the best available uplink. When you're onto something good, people notice. This has resulted in great customer satisfaction when it comes to performance for game servers, web servers and all applications that require high throughput and no packet loss.



THE ROUTING
The ever-evolving Netelligent Networks BGP4 distribution is sustained by CISCO C3750G switches redundantly linked up to dual JUNIPER M7i carrier class routers installed in the Meet-Me Room (MMR) of our main data centre. This architecture has proven most reliable and allows us to easily add new suppliers as needed.



THE DELIVERY
Each connection you get from us is provisioned through dedicated 10/100Mbps FastEthernet ports or 1000Mbps GigabitEthernet over RJ45 or Fiber optic cable. Basic IP address assignment is a /29 subnet (8 IPs, 5 useable). Additional IP addresses may be requested. Full C-Class IP address blocks also available at no monthly fees but must be accompanied by justification and addressing map that would show how you will allocate 80% of the IP range within 30 days, in compliance with ARIN rules. All our clients get access to an internal control panel which allows them to track their bandwidth usage with MRTG and other tools, give them details about their services, servers, account and invoices.



..and, THE GUARANTEES
Netelligent Networks guarantees 99.99% network uptime for all subscribers of a solution which includes a network connection. During one month, the network outages shall never surpass 0.01% of the total duration of the month, which is equivalent to approximately 5 minutes. If it should happen that the unavailability should exceed 0.01%, Netelligent Networks will compensate its clients with a credit equivalent to one day for the first 5 minutes of unavailability and one day of credit for each of the following hours. In addition, we enforce our Authorized Usage Policy (AUP) and Terms of Servicey (ToS) so that we can keep our network clean and our services unaffected by hostile actions from within the network, or external threats.
